She is a certified assessor for renowned assessments used for recruitment, competency mapping and people management.


Dipti will conduct the Assessor Certification. This foundation certification for the participants will focus on assessments for development and recruitment. There will be a de-brief on a host of recruitment assessments with emphasis on the Total Person Assessment by ProfileXT. The session will enable the participants to choose appropriate assessments for various interventions and enhance effectiveness of the recruitment process.
